In today’s medical climate, physicians are merging into larger practices, often delegating the diagnosis and treatment of patients to others, and spending less and less time with the patient.

Dr. Locastro is old fashioned. He sees each patient himself during your initial consultation, for your ultrasound exam (if necessary), and during the treatment of your condition. Each patient gets his personal cell phone number if they have questions or concerns after hours. This requires a higher level of patient dedication, but Dr. Locastro believes it is the key to better care.
